Essential Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in Human Resource Management role
  • Strong experience in implementing HR projects
  • Self-motivated, quick and assertive
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Exceptional time management
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
