Job Description Summary
Responsible for growing sales by acquiring new long-term customers and opening up new products and markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and business plans to open up new markets, business areas, products, and services
- Conduct regular analysis of market and company data to identify trends, opportunities and risks, and provide specific recommendations for and provide specific recommendations for further action
- Identify and acquire new customers and partners to develop long-term business relationships
- Recognise best practices and opportunities to improve the market position
- Monitor market-related developments and report systematically to the Sales Management Office

Essential Skills and Experience
- Initial professional experience in sales
- Technical understanding, assertiveness, strong communication, and negotiation skills
- Good IT skills (MS Office and ERP systems knowledge)
- Self-starter with pragmatic, hands-on approach
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Highly self-motivated with clear goal orientation
Qualifications
- A degree in business administration or a technical field.
